I was having problems with the engine temp guage spiking and receiving and "engine temperature hot" warning intermittently. I brought it in to be fixed. They told me I had several recalls that needed to be done (software updates and part replacements). When they finished, they had done all of the recall work, and could not get the problem to present. The car was fixed, and the recall work is all free, so I left with a bill of 0$ and couldn't be happier!

Had a great experience with the service department recently. Our jeep luckily under warranty had a check engine light, that was diagnosed as bad timing chain tensioners. Since there was metal in the oil and I had a warranty they were able to get approval for a brand new engine to be covered. It took some time obviously for everything but was not as long as expected.

Just bought a 2018 jeep compass. Extremely clean and low miles! Jamie had our vehicle pulled around and detailed. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Wasn’t all awkward like most places. Owen was able to flex by deal to my liking and was very clear about my options and coverage. I have bought from another dealer in Portland this was a much better experience.

Operating an older Ram 3500 Diesel can be hard to find good service. I got the air bag service done and updated the fluid to the differentials and transfer case. Very low mileage vehicles require longevity service too. Thanks for checking into needed service items. We had a great experience with McMinnville Jeep Ram.
We brought our vehicle in early morning, February 27 They didn’t even get to it until March 10. The staff is very friendly. I think they might need more mechanics or better scheduling

First time here! Truly one of the best experiences I’ve had with a Jeep service department. From experience of having my car in a different shop for 7 months. Also my service advisor Tim was super nice and super helpful! The tech (Kai) sent me a video of the issue my car was having which was nice to see it too! I also received a Cost sheet in my email and was able to agree right from my phone so they could get started right away. Great communication also! Will be making this Jeep my go to!

Our salesman was Jaime and our experience was great. No pressure. Showed us used vehicles in the price range we stated we were looking for. Helped us test drive several different vehicles and pulled carfax histories on all of them. We ended finding a really good used vehicle that meets all our needs including a very manageable price. Worked with the same person from beginning to end which was really nice. This was the best automotive buying experience I've ever had.

The pluses are:They said and hour and it was actually only 50 minutes. I wasn’t pressured with unwanted services. Reasonably priced. The negative would be the tire monitoring system was not reset. Regardless they did a good job so they get 5 stars.
My recent experience with this dealership was extremely disappointing. I inquired about a vehicle that was advertised online at a specific price, only to be told after the fact that they added a mandatory ‘Clear Care’ package that increased the price significantly. When I initially questioned the fees, I was told it could be removed — and then later told it could not. The numbers changed multiple times, communication was inconsistent, and ultimately they stopped responding altogether. I value transparency when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately that was not my experience here.
I took my Jeep in to have it serviced, the staff in service department was friendly and helpful. They made sure to have a loaner vehicle for me to use while mine was in shop. Chad was easy to communicate with and I appreciate how polite he was. I recommend this service department.
Speedy service and polite
This was over the top customer service. We had my dad’s RV we needed to sell and it had a repair that was proving very un-straightforward. Tim went above and beyond and coming up with solutions and we just sold it!

Service was excellent. Issues I was having with my car appear to be resolved. Only time will tell if the battery issue was resolved, but both batteries were replaced.
