The oil change expanded to more repairs and the dealership let Aiden take me to an appointment and then pick me up from it to take me home. That was very important for me to not have the change alter the whole day. Aiden is very helpful!
Owen was very professional and no pressure! He listened to what I was looking for and gave me a few options to look at. The showroom was clean with nice background music. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

I bought a great 2015 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited. There have been some issues with it. I have to say the dealership stepped to the challenge and showed me people still care. The Jeep is driving and running great and felt special that they repaired on it issues I could not have caused in the short time I have had it.
I would say this would be the only dealership that helped me in replacing my total truck and I have huge support through them. The next vehicle we buy will come from there as they are amazing staff, service, and Managers.

This review is regarding Dodge Service. Our vehicle had an ongoing “Check Engine Light”. Our Dodge was at 2 other Dealerships, multiple times, and their solution was to “clear the codes” and send us on our way. After several months of getting no where, we went to McMinnville Dodge, where we had leased the vehicle. They set us up with a nice loaner vehicle. I cannot say enough good things about the Service Department at McMinnville Jeep Ram. They truly went above and beyond when my truck broke down while I was on vacation in Lincoln City, Oregon. Having your vehicle fail hundreds of miles from home is stressful, but their team completely changed what could have been a terrible experience.

I was having problems with the engine temp guage spiking and receiving and "engine temperature hot" warning intermittently. I brought it in to be fixed. They told me I had several recalls that needed to be done (software updates and part replacements). When they finished, they had done all of the recall work, and could not get the problem to present. The car was fixed, and the recall work is all free, so I left with a bill of 0$ and couldn't be happier!

Had a great experience with the service department recently. Our jeep luckily under warranty had a check engine light, that was diagnosed as bad timing chain tensioners. Since there was metal in the oil and I had a warranty they were able to get approval for a brand new engine to be covered. It took some time obviously for everything but was not as long as expected.

Just bought a 2018 jeep compass. Extremely clean and low miles! Jamie had our vehicle pulled around and detailed. Very friendly and easy to talk with. Wasn’t all awkward like most places. Operating an older Ram 3500 Diesel can be hard to find good service. I got the air bag service done and updated the fluid to the differentials and transfer case. Very low mileage vehicles require longevity service too. Thanks for checking into needed service items. We had a great experience with McMinnville Jeep Ram.
We brought our vehicle in early morning, February 27 They didn’t even get to it until March 10. The staff is very friendly. I think they might need more mechanics or better scheduling
