TL;DR They broke a part on my truck and refused to replace it.
I recently took my truck in for an issue with the rear window. I had troubleshot the issue myself and been bounced between a couple body and glass shops, and finally took it to the dealer hoping they would have a quick fix. The service department is horrible. They have no customer service skills and no compassion for their customers. This place solidified that salesman are dishonest and will say anything to make a sale. Including selling a car with frame damage. Jason (the salesman who actually owned the car we bought) was so kind as to lie and tell us that the car had gone through 2 different service shops. The salesman Russell McMillan was amazing as was the finance guy, the shop gets busy as expected but most the time the salesman do all they can to accommodate as best they can.

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They required me to give them a deposit on a truck I was going to purchase that needed a transmission under warranty. They told me one date of completion but I’m reality they had no idea. When I backed out of the deal they refused to refund my deposit. I bought a car on 12/4/21 the very professional seller. The only problem is that I bought the car at night and did not think about checking the oil because all the dilers give a general check to the cars to sell them and the next day I check it I found that. They had not done any service, they lacked all the liquids. That made me think that it was not a very reliable diler, but it was too late, they promised me a discount on tires but they never called me 👎🏾👎🏾

Kobe Jenson was professional and responsive, I enjoyed doing business with him and the dealership. He drove the car from McMinnville to my home in Portland saving me an expensive Uber ride.

I worked with Kobe Jenson on a deal for a 2008 Cadillac CTS. He worked hard to get me the best interest rate for financing. He was very professional and accommodating. Although, they forgot to give me a trip permit when I left.

Purchasing our car was easy, we negotiated a car top rack. It took them weeks to finally get it in and then a part was missing. We are still waiting on the part and it's been two weeks. No call, no information about it at all. No service after the sale. We bought a Honda CRV

Purchased a Jeep from this dealer as well as had my first Jeep serviced there. The worst experience in all departments that I have ever experienced. No one takes responsibility. They tell you what they think you want to hear and never follow through. Regret going there. Will drive out of town to go to another dealer to service my vehicle.

Attempted to have a Jeep vehicle serviced under factory warranty and after waiting two weeks for our appointment we where turned away and our new jeep was never repaired!

Bobby was very helpful, he guided me through the process, and found me a great deal on a new vehicle that the other dealers thought was too good to be true. I would without hesitation buy my next vehicle here.. Thanks guys!

At the age of 73, this was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Salesman research looking for exactly the right car, no high pressure sales, then after purchase assistance getting the car home, since I'd driven 100 miles to the dealership, because the the excellent treatment I had received over the phone. Highly recommend this dealership and the personnel. A close friend purchased a vehicle here a few weeks ago. Her impression mirrored mine.

Worst example of customer service I have ever experienced! When you pay cash for car at a dealership you expect to have no issues with the
title.

I bought a used car from this dealer and learned afterward that it had an electrical problem. It only appeared when the temperature was hot so they didn't know about it and it didn't appear during my test drive. They went more than the extra mile to get it fixed and make sure my car works. I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a 2010 X5M there, what appeared to be a great service history and they claimed passed their inspection. Car I purchased was over priced for condition, pointed out tire's were worn and mika shruged off, bought to les scwab and the manager agreed, also was told there tech went through engine, wrong again car needed immediate tranny service, dont go to this dishonest over priced dealer!!!

The salesman Mika was friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to how I was going to be driving the car and made some very useful recommendations. He was up front about the cost, the financing and made the whole experience stress-free. He even told me to come back with the car in a few days and he would go over all the features again. This is the second great experience we have had here - I would never buy anywhere else.

I purchased my car a month and a half ago, and so far I am extremely pleased with it. Greg was helpful and professional. The price was good and the car is performing well. I dislike car shopping, but this transaction was painless. Thanks for making it so.

My experience was wonderful. I came over from the coast to look at a Jeep and drove away with it the same day. Darin went above and beyond to help me find the right car with the features I needed.
